Opportunity:
My business revolves around the unmet need of creating opportunities for others. Every year, graduates of college as well as business-seeking individuals dream of starting business of their own, but either lack the means and the knowledge of how to do so. In essence, my business is to create business's of others. In the minds of my target market, it would great to start now rather than later due to the fact economy is going downhill because it has reached its peak and will inevitably digress as a result. So to start a business now would be a great time to start because of the benefits of doing so in a relatively great economy. "Instead of waiting for the opportunity, we should have the opportunity come to us." In my personal opinion, I believe myself to be an opportunity seeker rather than a opportunity maker, however I do understand the need to start now rather than later. After some research and many conversations with friends within the business world, I found that the USA is at its highest when it comes to economic reaches. To not make use of this would be a waste and an utter failure of entrepreneur. This leads me to my market target, who are entrepreneurs and those who inspire to be entrepreneurs such as the graduates of University of Florida. This would be the ideal target due to the fact that graduates have learned the material on how to become an entrepreneur, and all they need now is experience in becoming one. What better experience than first-hand experience on being a business owner, than to be one and enrich the skills of graduates. I believe that opportunity for my business would have a high demand, but we will definitely start off as small and thus must limit on the number of people who we fulfill. However, with time and effort, we can expand our efforts from Gainesville to bigger cities.

Innovation:
The process would be completed in three main steps which will divulge in detailed planning: apply your business idea and credentials for determination, find real estate best suited for the business, and finally receive an in-depth course on how to maintain the business. The first step is the most important because it entails which concept we are fulfilling first, and it will also determine whether or not we can make the concept practical. We don't after all, want to either start a business doomed to fail in the short run, and or businesses that would not meet the customer's expectations. Thus after a thorough analysis of the idea, we can then determine a place best suited to the need of the conception such as an office building or a spot within a mall perhaps. Finally, after everything is settled, our company will always have experts on stand when the customer is in need of advice. It is important to note that our revenue will be generated through the rent we charge for the real estate bought for their needs.

Feedback:
The feedback I received via roommates and friends, definitely changed the idea of what I started with in the beginning. In the beginning it was to start business that would create jobs for the poor within the Gainesville, but I had no idea on how to accomplish this concept. After many lessons and talking with fellow entrepreneur learning students, I found that in order to provide jobs, you need to create opportunities and what better way to create opportunities than to create businesses. I understand that this concept is more in line with real estate companies who buy properties to rent them to business owners to generate income, but I believe that what makes us different is to create more jobs for people to take.
