Opportunity: There are many business ideas that come around
to the people’s mind, most go unrealized due to the either financial reasons or
for reasons such as inexperience in business and other such blunders. My market
is the business world and its many residents ready to make their ideas
practical and accomplish what they couldn’t accomplish alone. Potential
customers must currently work jobs to gain capital for years or they are
learning the business world for themselves before starting their own ideas. With
the right conditions we can expand our business from financial aid such as
advices to real estate. The window of opportunity will be long, especially
because business ideas are always going to be a part of entrepreneurs thought process
of what they want to do in the future. Until the government takes over the free
market, it is highly unlikely that said market will run out of this opportunity.
Innovation: My business start up idea could be
something that people can use to help businesses start up early especially
among young entrepreneurs who want to seize the opportunity as soon as they
can. The process is simple, you state your idea, we give financial advises and
tips to determine if the idea is viable, once it is approved we start giving advices
of the particular market you will be competing in, we find the appropriate
place for your idea to bloom, and from there when you have problems we can provide
aid not in capital but with tips. Once everything is in order we let the
customers decide entirely what they want to do with their business because it
is important to know when our job ends and yours begins.
Venture concept: I believe customers would not accept
my services completely without setting up a proper reputation for myself. My
company should be financially sound before we can help others start up theirs
If it is shown that my own company is unstable in any part of its design, customers
would be more keen to avoid my services. It is important to set up successful
projects to demonstrate that we can and are more than capable to deal with unmet
needs such as unrealized business ideas. However, after a reputation is set and
customers are drawn to these services, I do believe that customers would be
using my services without much fuss. It is easily expandable and not that
difficult to acquire the required needs for a business to stand. It is vital
that once we help set up the business idea to “stand” we need to relinquish
control ultimately to the customer because we must ensure that free market
remains free from any type control. It is also important to know that it is not
our job to maintain their business for them, for if we did have any control of
their business, it would only spell trouble for us to handle in the future.
Multiply that trouble with other potential projects, then that would only mean
disaster to hit us. That is why we offer services for customers such as how to
maintain their business. The price range for these services comes from the real
estate we rent to them for their businesses. I would like to start small in cities
such as Gainesville, and then expand to larger cities such as Miami, and then
to out of state.
Three minor elements: The unfair advantage that my business
idea would have to go against is that our services is heavily reliant on our
reputation for successful projects. If we don’t produce results that are satisfactory,
then no one would buy our services. Our services are similar to a bank and
something they offer that we can’t is financial capital, at least in the
beginning. It is important to start with steps rather than strides so in order
for my idea to reach to what I want it to reach, we need to work hard and
patiently. My hope that I myself to learn the market for myself and to apply
those efforts for the company that I hope to start.
